The Full Story
Nutrition has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I was drawn to the world of food and wellness, and much of that curiosity was inspired by my Nana, Rosemary, who was a firm believer in natural health.
As a teenager, my deep interest in nutrition led me to explore various diets—ranging from paleo to vegetarian and beyond. While I was trying to do what I thought was best for my body, I ended up experiencing some health challenges, including acne, painful periods, and blood sugar imbalances.
Over time, I realized that balance and variety were key, and I began reintroducing foods, including meat, back into my diet. This shift eventually guided me toward studying nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Now, as a holistic nutrition consultant, I’m passionate about using food as a tool to help others not only feel better but also experience freedom from the stress of overthinking what they eat. My focus is on helping you achieve sustainable, long-term results, fostering a healthier relationship with food, and, most importantly, feeling your best.
